Staff Star Award

As part of our commitment to ensure that our customers receive the very best service and quality of workmanship. We encourage our team to go the extra mile for our customers, and we like to reward them for it with our STAFF STAR AWARD and a little prize on a by-monthly basis.

Staff Star nominations can be given for things such as:
- Going the extra mile for either customers or other members of the SGC Team
- Going beyond their role and adding extra value to a customers SGC Experience
- Problem Solving
- Completing an area of work to an exceptionally high standard, or against the odds
- Taking positive responsibility
- Helping others
- Receiving praise(direct to the company) from customers
- Positive suggestions to help with the development of SGC Group

The nominations can be made by either a staff member or by someone else on their behalf.

The votes will be counted at the end of every second month, and a prize will be given. There will also be a grand prize for the person with the most nominations at the end of the year, this is presented at our staff Christmas party.
